Resolution plan services (living wills)
- Interpret regulator guidance, including review of supervisory letters opining on plan submissions and advise on responses and actions to address identified concerns
- Devise a process to deliver credible 165d and CIDI living will submissions
- Work with client implementation teams to track, monitor, and assist in the annual plan submission and development of capabilities supporting resolvability
- Evaluate key aspects of the annual plan for reasonableness, including scenario, assumptions, strategies, and capabilities
- Assist in drafting the annual plan submission
- Facilitate or participate in review and challenge sessions
- Support the design of testing and simulation of resolvability capabilities
